Dudley (Adin) Ames  born September 3, 1945; died January 9, 2016. He was preceded in death by his parents: Billy Gene Ames of Texas and Peggy Bruce Hunt of Oklahoma and two brothers: Joseph Bruce Ames and Mark Nelson Ames and one sister Leah Kay Ames McChristian. Dr. Ames received his Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Forest Institute in Springfield, MO. He was a native of Arkansas and lived in Mississippi, Alaska, Missouri, Kentucky and most recently, Michigan. He became a Roman Catholic prior to his death. He leaves his wife, Andrea K. (Francis) Ames, one son Gary Ames in Arkansas, three granddaughters: Natalie, Shannon and Rachel Ames all in Arkansas, four stepdaughters: Lynette (Richard) Gascoigne in Utah, Cathryn (Timothy) Poll, Meredith (Jim T) Morgan and Marlene Konkoly and seven step-grandchildren of Michigan: Jon Morgan of Dubai, Deanna Morgan, David Morgan, Helena Morgan Kremhelmer, Jordan Morgan of France, Phillip Morgan and Jim T. Morgan, III and ten great grandchildren by marriage. Per his wishes, there will be no funeral services.
